When you join Early Access, apply to the Founders program or submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide — such as name, email, phone, city, state, ZIP, hydration preferences, social handles and any free-text responses.
We also record basic attribution data such as referring page, landing page and campaign parameters so we understand how people find us.
How we use it
To send you FROSTLYTE launch updates, flavor news, testing invitations and program information; to evaluate program applications; to plan launch markets; and to improve the product.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate the site and send email, under confidentiality obligations.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us through the Contact page.
This policy will be updated as the company launches commercial operations.
