*Program terms
- Founding 100 members receive one complimentary Founder Pack per month for as long as the FROSTLYTE Founders Program and applicable FROSTLYTE products are offered, subject to program terms. Non-transferable.
- Founder commissions are an ambassador/referral commission paid on qualifying orders placed with a Founder's code. They are not equity, ownership, securities, profit sharing or an investment return of any kind.
- Commission rate is 10% on qualifying orders for the first 24 months after public launch, then 5%. Qualifying order, payout thresholds, fraud and cancellation rules are defined in the full program terms provided at acceptance.
- Enrollment permanently closes once Founder #100 is accepted. Applications are reviewed manually; applying does not guarantee acceptance.
